We have a local food truck that serves the best acai bowl I have ever tasted and I have recreated it for you guys! The consistency is absolutely key here. Everything needs to be frozen and slowly blended. Cheers!

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Packet of Frozen Acai (I used Acai Roots for this one)
1/2 - 1 tbsp of Honey
Toppings: Bananas, Peanut butter, Granola, and a drizzle of Honey
Instructions:
Add the first 3 ingredients to a high powered blender and slowly blend
Add the last two ingredients in and slowly blend
Your consistency should be thick and feel like ice cream in a spoon
