Blueberry Mania Protein Shake



This is my all time favorite lunchtime snack or post-workout boost. It's light, refreshing and filling. Cheers!

Servings 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 Scoop (~1/4 cup) of Tone It Up Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder

  • 2 Tbsp of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (or any natural peanut butter)

If you have these mix them in:

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Flax Seeds

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds

  • 1 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender in the order listed above

  2. Blend on high for several minutes or until mix is watery

  3. If it's too thick add water
