This is my all time favorite lunchtime snack or post-workout boost. It's light, refreshing and filling. Cheers!

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 Scoop (~1/4 cup) of Tone It Up Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
2 Tbsp of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (or any natural peanut butter)
If you have these mix them in:
1/2 Teaspoon of Flax Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
1 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender in the order listed above
Blend on high for several minutes or until mix is watery
If it's too thick add water
