Chicken Shawarma Marinade Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts
½ Lemon Juiced
5 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 Salt
1/4 Pepper
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
Yellow Rice:
For Regular Rice
1 cup of Jasmine or Basmati Rice
3 tbsp of Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
1 1/2 tsp Tumeric
1 1/2 Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
3/4 tsp of Ground Ginger
Pinch of Salt
For Cauliflower Rice
4 cups of Jasmine or Basmati Rice
1 tbsp of Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp of Ground Ginger
Pinch of Salt
Cook Rice to package instructions. When rice is done add all ingredients to rice pan and mix.
Summer Salad Ingredients:
2 English Cucumbers, Chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Container of Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1 Red Onion, Chopped
1 Can of Chickpeas
1/2 Kalamata Olives
1/2 Cup of Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Dried Oregano
1 1/2 tsp of Red Wine Vinegar
Pinch of Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
