Mixed Meat Tacos


Best tacos ever! Mix ground beef and pork for the best, juiciest tacos ever!
Mixed Meat Tacos

These Mixed Meat Tacos hit the spot and take less than 30 mins to make.


Ingredients: (Makes 8)

- .5lb of Ground Pork

- .5lb of Ground Beef

- 1 Bunch of Cilantro

- 1 Head of Red Cabbage

- 1 White Onion

- 1 block of Feta Cheese

- 1 cup of Vinegar (any type works)

- 1 pk of Simply Organic Southwest Simmer Sauce

- 1 pk of Siete Foods Almond Flour Tortillas (in Freezer section)






Directions:

1. Roughly chop the onion, cilantro, and half of the red cabbage. Mix equal parts of vinegar and water in a bowl and place chopped cabbage in the bowl (let sit for 30 mins).


2. Using your hands, combine the beef and pork. Heat 2tbsp of olive oil in a medium size sauté pan over medium heat. Once olive oil is heated place the meat in the pan and brown ~5 mins.


3. Once meat is browned add the @simplyorganicfoods Southwest Simmer sauce and cook according to package directions.


4. Heat up a smaller sauté pan over medium heat, add the @sietefoods almond flour tortillas one at a time and brown on both sides.


5. Place meat, onions, cabbage, feta and cilantro in tortillas. Cheers 🍷
